Our 2017 Annual General Meeting

The Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc held its annual general meeting at the Moonee Ponds Club on Monday, July 31.

The committee members from 2016/17 were all returned for the current year, with the exception of last year's joint junior co-ordinator, Leigh Holder, who did not stand for re-election.

Brendan Rhodes was elected to the committee as a new member.

Our committee members for 2017/18 are President/Secretary Charlie Walker, Vice President Simon Thornton, Treasurer Peter Golding, Sponsorship Manager Michael Ozbun, Junior Co-ordinator Peter Pickering, Director of Junior Cricket Channa DeSilva, and general committee members Kevin Gardiner, Matt Thomas, Allan Cumming and Brendan Rhodes.

Should we have a further nomination for the Secretary role, Charlie is happy to hand over those responsibilities.

Peter Golding announced a small profit of about $4500 at the meeting.
