Calling for captains - other grades

The Moonee Valley Cricket Club is now calling for applications for captains for the Thirds through to the Sixths, and also for the Sevenths in the event that we get this team up as a one-day Sunday NWMCA grade.

A couple of months ago we called for expressions of interest for positions, and got a couple of responses of intent.

Now that we're entering the pre-season, we're keen to get the captaincy positions in all grades filled, to follow on from the appointments we're already made for the Firsts (Mark Gauci) and Seconds (Darren Chant).

The club would also welcome applications for the role of Chairman of Selectors.

People applying for a captaincy or chairman's role should send an email with brief details of their background and experience to me at [email protected]
