Annual General Meeting 2015/16

The Annual General Meeting of the Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc is being held at 7pm on Monday, August 22 at the Moonee Ponds Club, 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.

Our constitution requires that nominations for election to the committee must be received by the Secretary at least seven days before the date of the meeting.

To date renominations have been received by President Charlie Walker, Vice President Simon Thornton, Treasurer Peter Golding and general committee members Matt Thomas, Peter Pickering, Allan Cumming, Michael Ozbun. Leigh Holder and Channa DeSilva.

We have not yet received a nomination for Secretary, which is a statutory position under our constitution, and we are keen to have a member put their hand up for this role.

Attached are a preliminary agenda for the meeting, a proxy form for members who will not be present but want someone to vote on their behalf, and the minutes of the last AGM.

A final agenda will be distributed after the closure of nominations. Anyone wishing to nominate for the committee, or to have an item of General Business placed on the agenda, should email the club at mooneev@club.cricketvictoria.com.au at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
