Valley players in junior rep sides

Moonee Valley Cricket Club has a swag of our young stars playing in representative teams over the holiday break.

John O’Brien and Tom Ward are playing for the North West Wizards in the Commonwealth Bank Under 16 Dowling Shield competition.

Four of our Under 14 Girls – Jacinta de Niese, Maddie Symons, Molly Fairweather and Madeline Stafford – have been selected for the Commonwealth Bank Under 14 State championships.

And three of our young Under 12 stars – Guy Walker, Thomas Memery and Luke Malone- were nominated for the North West’s Mitchell Shield competition.

Congratulations to all of our players selected in these teams, and to the others who were nominated and tried out for the teams.
