Valley kids have had a Blast

Hi Parent of Blasters

After Blast completes this season our club still has cricket playing opportunities for the Blasters in the current season

These are :-

1. Interest in forming a new U10s team. We will offer a discount rate for joining junior U10s from our Blasters for the final few matches of the official session to cover Cricket Australia player insurance mostly. There are still matches up until the 8^th of March. Matches are formed on a home and away basis. If I get enough interest from our Blasters. I am happy to try to get this going. I am looking for at least 7 definite players before we could get this off the ground . Boys and Girls can apply for this team.
2. We have an U10 Girls team combined with another club that play on a Monday night in a fun environment in a carnival style at the same ground on most evenings. The girls play with the ball similar to the Blasters ball we use. Our team have 2 places available . The same discount rate would apply as with the mixed U10s team
3. In addition as a pathway to junior cricket I seek your Blaster’s interest in participating in a T20 match with the current U10s team on Friday the 15^th of March as a season finale to U10s season. It will a fun day where our kids can play a real match with scoring etc . Many of the older Blasters have expressed interest in playing a match and this is that opportunity. The match will be run by our U10s coach Kevin Gardner. In addition, our Blasters can train with the current U10s squad for the final 4 weeks of the season on Tuesday evenings.
