Pre-season - it's starting

Pre-season is upon us and I wanted to pass on some information regarding the indoor sessions at Cutting Edge, 7/19 Enterprise Dr, Bundoora.

Firstly we are booked in to start at 10.30am for the next four Saturdays so can we be there at 10.15 so I can organise people into nets and to do a warm-up.

We have two nets booked, one with a bowling machine and the other a full length net. They are both booked for an hour so I want to utilise that full period. The cost is $10 per session. Please bring small notes!

At this time of the year there are plenty of reasons not to train, work, footy, injury, family etc but again please let me know.

On each Sunday after the Saturday sessions we will be training at Ormond Park at 10am. The full pre-season schedule is on the MVCC website – go into “all articles” in the Latest News column on the right: www.mooneevalleycricket.com.au

There will be a practice match at Barooga on Saturday 21st of September followed by a training session on the Sunday morning. We are looking to take a squad of around 15 to play at Barooga, but welcome everyone else to come as part of a weekend together. We are at the moment trying to organise practice matches for the week-end of the 14th and 15th of September on hard wickets in Melbourne. when we know more we will let you know. See you Saturday.
