Our new Honor Boards - due this Friday

The new honor boards for the Moonee Valley Cricket and Football clubs are due to be installed in the pavilion this Friday.
It's been a project which has been piloted through by Cricket and Football Life Member Ian Denny (left), and we thank him for his commitment to the cause.
We all know that the new pavilion looked a bit bleak for our first season with bare white walls, and the installation of the honor boards will make it more like a club.
The football boards will be installed on the western wall, while cricket has opted for the corner on the east side of the pavilion - where we can set up for our entertainment nights.
The Life Members of Cricket and Football put their hands in the pockets to help fit out the new clubrooms, and we thank them for their generous donations.
The new honor boards were funded as part of the Life Member contribution.
