Firsts and Seconds are OFF

Our Firsts and Seconds are both off for the January 8 games v Seabrook.

The pitch at Seabrook was sodden, and the VTCA declined our request to have the Firsts game transferred to Ormond Park - which is allowable under the bylaws.

And Seabrook was unable to get a team together for its Seconds game - which should be classified as a forfeit.

We've been able to get a couple of players transferred to other teams as vacancies arise.

At last count (Saturday 7.30am) we have 14 players unavailable due to testing positive to COVID or being in isolation as close contacts.

Our COVID numbers led to us not being in a position to select teams for our Sixths or Sevenths this weekend.
