Early notice: 2018/19 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc will be held at 7pm on Monday, August 5 at the Moonee Ponds Club, 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.

Our constitution requires that nominations for election to the committee must be received by the Secretary at least seven days before the date of the meeting. Secretary Michael Ozbun can be contacted at [email protected] 

A preliminary agenda and a proxy form for members who will not be present but want someone to vote on their behalf will be distributed before the meeting via email and on our website. The minutes of the last AGM have previously been distributed to members, but will also be re-distributed.

Members please note that proposals to amend the Constitution or Bylaws must be received in writing at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
