Glen Courts
Glen played in the Firsts and Seconds for Essendon in the Premier League as an opening bat and wicketkeeper, and then returned to Moonee Valley.
In just 25 games for Moonee Valley before being recruited to Essendon he amassed 1264 runs at 57.5. He scored 5 centuries for Moonee Valley, and was Club champion in 1999/00.
Since returning to the Valleys, Buddha's again been one of the mainstays of the batting line-up.
He can bat anywhere from opener to come in down the order, and is a gun fielder. Extremely valuable part of the Moonee Valley structure.
