Planning and strategy meeting: Way ahead

Planning the way ahead: Our cricket strategy and planning meeting
Moonee Valley Cricket Club held a planning and strategy meeting at 7.30pm this Wednesday so that we can all work together to ensure that our Club is heading in the direction we all want it to, and ensure that it keeps sight of our key values.
We have had phenomenal growth over the past 12 seasons, and particularly over the last five - women's cricket, Sunday cricket, a big junior program, extra senior teams, one-day cricket, junior premierships - and sometimes there is the potential to lose track in the rush of the things that are most important to us.The meeting is for all players, parents and supporters - both junior and senior - and is being held in the Ormond Park pavilion. We're shouting pizzas at the start of the meeting, which we would expect would go for about three hours so that EVERYONE has the chance to canvass the things that are important, and has an opportunity to contribute their views as to how we plan the way ahead.
It is being run by our Sixths player Mark Madden (right), a very experienced strategist and strategic planner, and he'll ensure that we keep on track and have some clarity to what we all hope our Club can achieve.
Please RSVP to Charlie Walker on graeme.walker@dhs.vic.gov.au or adelejwalker@optusnet.com.au by Monday evening to ensure we have the catering right.
