Ormond Park to host girls' cricket program

A Cric Hit Program is being run for all girls aged 8 to 12yo who would like to play and learn about cricket.

Moonee Valley Cricket Club has agreed to host the program.

The Program will be conducted on Fridays evenings commencing in October for 8 weeks at Ormond Park, Moonee Ponds.

The Program will provide fabulous cricket giveaways, cricket experience and coaching, cricket games and activities plus an opportunity for parents to assist and/or to learn more about the great game of cricket to help the girls improve. Australian, Victorian and Regional players will attend when available.

All the Girls in the Cric Hit program will be invited to progress into a modified competition being run by the North West Cricket Association on Friday evenings starting with Daylight Saving in November.
