Annual General Meeting

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc 2011/12 Annual General Meeting will be held at the North Suburban Sports Club, 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds on Monday, August 6. The AGM commences at 7.30pm sharp.

As well as the general business required at such a meeting, we will also have copies of the 2011/12 Wisden for distribution.

It includes the MVCC Wisden Team of the Year, the five Wisden Players of the Year and a host of other stats and information from the 2011/12 season and from across the whole history of our Club. Club Secretary Peter Golding will shortly make available information and processes for anyone wishing to nominate for the Committee. Under our bylaws, such nominations need to be received at least seven days before the meeting.

Anyone proposing any changes to the bylaws or the Constitution is also required to do so by contacting the Secretary at least seven days beforehand. Electronic copies of our bylaws and constitution can be accessed at: http://archive.mooneevalleycricket.com.au/constitutionbylaws.html.
