Gents and Ladies

First of all I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you ALL for your attendance and application at training these past 8 weeks

You have all responded magnificently to the new coaching regime, and I very much appreciate your efforts to further improve your games and fitness.

For those of you who have not been able to attend, I feel sure that you will find a way to catch up and make the most of daylight savings
.
On the eve of the new season I just wanted to wish you all the very best as you put all that hard work and effort into your performances.

It seems only fitting that I leave you with this call to arms.from the famous leader Napoleon Bonaparte.................................

    "Soldiers, here is the battle that you have so much wanted! Henceforward victory depends on you; we need it"

In more simple terms and as your coach I only have three requests

1.    Listen to your captain

2.    Support your captain and team throughout

3.   Leave nothing in the changing room and make the biggest and best contribution that you can
